We integrate quality management principles throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
We maintain robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure that materials, equipment, workmanship, documentation and project deliverables conform to approved specifications and required standards. Inspection and testing activities are planned, documented and verified at appropriate stages, with non-conformances promptly identified, investigated, corrected and closed out.
